Exercise Band Circuit Workout for Traveling

Everyone needs a circuit they can keep in their suitcase with an extra exercise band for those times you are out of town and in need of a good workout.   You may think it will take up too much space, but I can assume you are taking a few things you won’t be needing.  

 

Not that I would know the feeling.

Here is an easy to follow circuit that you can do anywhere!

Exercise

Jumping Jacks

Push ups:  with band around back

12

Squats:  legs wide and pull band apart to work back

12

Mountain Climbers

25

Bicep Curl: with band

12

Squat: legs close together, stand on band and raise arms to sides holding band

12

High Knees

25

Upright Row: stand on band and pull up with both hands

12

Curtsy lunge Right : lunge back with front leg on band and raise arms

12

Curtsy lunge Left : lunge back with front leg on band and raise arms

12

Squat Jumps

25

Row Right: stand on band with 1 leg forward and pull up with opposite arm

12

Row Left: stand on band with 1 leg forward and pull up with opposite arm

12

Repeat Circuit 2-3 times
