It’s a known fact that interval training is a great way to burn fat, gain muscle and get an effective workout in a shorter amount of time.  Recently, The New York Times Magazine shared this workout that can be done anywhere in just 7 minutes.  

The exercises below should be done for 30 seconds each with 10 seconds rest before moving to the next exercise.  The intensity should be an 8 on a scale of 1-10.
