With Memorial Day right around the corner, it’s perfect time to stockpile some healthy recipe ideas to throw together in a flash when you need a dish.

This super simple appetizer can easily be served with any type of veggies, fresh bread, crackers, pita chips or pretzels.

It’s a combination of two delicious things that you probably have on hand.  So when you’re ready to go, throw it together and be on your way! 

Pesto Hummus 

  • 1 c. hummus 
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh pesto
  1. Swirl pesto into the hummus but don’t blend together.  These measurements are flexible, so free to add more pesto if you wish!
