Even if you aren’t doing the detox with us, make sure you try this this week for a holiday snack!
This tastes just like a cookie!
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1-1.5 c. almond milk/regular milk or coconut milk
- 1/8 t. all spice
- 1/8 t. ground ginger
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- ice
Blend in a blender or with a Magic Bullet.
Sprinkle with All Bran bits to feel like bits of cookie!
Enjoy!
Then lace up as many pairs of tennis shoes as you can find, and head outside for a little run or walk!
The detox is going well so far. Twice already today I had to stop myself from reaching for chocolate! Good thing there is ZERO in the house. This morning I had a wonderful green smoothie, never thought to put protein powder in it. Very yummy. I might have to make that shake for a snack-looks tasty. Oh, and I made the veggie soup for lunch.
