Treadmill + Weight Workout Wednesday

It’s chilly and rainy here today so it’s the perfect time to share an indoor workout. A workout you can do at home or at the gym.

A workout that is great for getting your heart rate up to blast calories and your muscles working to tone and keep that heart higher for longer.
