It’s a smoothie kind of day. The sun is shining, my mouth is aching and I have one less tooth than yesterday. I would be lying if I said that June has been a great month. Hopefully there is only one way things can go!
The morning started with a trip to the oral surgeon to have a tooth removed that cracked after a past root canal. It’s safe to say that going the dentist is on my top 10, top 5, top 2 most hated things to do.
Luckily my experience was not like the one above. It did still result in directions to eat smoothies all day. Smoothies, mashed potatoes and ice cream. I think I can handle that.
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood
- bunch of kale + spinach
- handful of frozen mango from TJ’s
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
Right with ya on going to the dentist, ugh! Mango is my favorite smoothie fruit, yum!
Hopefully someday you’ll have a dentist in the family to make it easier 😉
