I felt like it was a true day of Christmas break. A day that started with a 6 am workout class, followed by coffee in post-shower pj’s and then returns. After a filling lunch and a nap for Anna, we took the girls sledding.
The put on their pink snow pants.
And headed outside to the sunny 35+ degree weather. It was perfect because we didn’t freeze to death but we still had snow!

Next time you have brunch for friends, family or neighbors, make Monkey Bread. It’s a classic dish from when we were little. Full of bread, butter and sugar and so delicious.
Try it. It won’t disappoint. Then go for a run afterwards.
1 or 2 loaves of bread dough, frozen or canned would work 1 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup packed brown sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease
