Pumpkin Spiced Latte

  • 2 T canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice – skim, almond, or coconut
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup strong coffee
  • sugar or stevia
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  1. Heat the milk for about 30sec. in the microwave then add spices, stevia, vanilla and pumpkin.
  2. Mix into hot coffee and enjoy!

Today is a busy day filled with playing with Addie, teaching Total Conditioning at 9:45am, doing house/kid stuff, then teaching spinning at 6:15 tonight!

Tuesdays are exhausting. I try to make our evening better by making dinner while the girls are sleeping in the afternoon. Tonight I am making slow cooker black beans and tacos!
