My mom came over with a bag filled with tasty dinner ingredients tonight. In her bag she had naan (leavened, oven-baked flatbread), fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, grilled veggies and a giant salad. All I need to supply was the pesto and the grapes for our fruit serving. It made for a perfect dinner.

Naan Pizza

  • 3-4 pieces of naan bread
  • pesto or tomato sauce
  • fresh grilled veggies
  • cheese (we used fresh mozzarella but brie or feta would be great too)
  • sliced tomatoes
  • any other toppings of choice (Brady covered his with hot sauce)
  1. Lay your naan on a cookie sheet and spread a thin layer of pesto or tomato sauce
  2. Cover with toppings and a few pieces of cheese
  3. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes or until bread is crunchy and cheese is melted
  4. Serve with salad and wine.
