If you need a quick, tasty appetizer for a play date or a cookout, make this dip!  It’s easily one of my favorites!  My aunt Marilyn made it for her book club and since it was such a hit, I had to try it!  It seems like something you would find in Vegetarian Magazine!

It’s super simple to make:

  1. Layer a thick layer of hummus onto a platter.
  2. Top with tabouli.  You could make it or buy it!  I have made it before (Quinoa Tabouli Recipe) but this time I bought it at Costco, and it was amazing.

3.  Cover the dip with feta cheese.

4.  Serve with pita chips and fresh veggies along with a glass of Pinot Grigio!

I can’t wait to make this again for Anna’s birthday party next weekend!

We are currently in Cleveland doing some house stuff.  I will fill you in more tomorrow!
