Normally this time of year I would be spending every minute outside in the sun or at the pool because next week would mark the end of summer for me. I would be gearing up to get my classroom ready and start teaching again. This year is different because I am staying home to be with Anna. It is a weird feeling to not have to go back next week when everyone does. A good feeling!! But a weird feeling!

This weekend flew by like they always do! We were in Columbus (home!) which was nice! We had dinner here (burgers and healthy fries) Friday night with our good friends Katie and Kurt. Then Saturday morning we took a 6.5 mile family run. Brady and I took turns pushing Anna on the bike path near our house. We ended the run with a walk through the Bexley Farmer’s Market and came home with a few fresh local squash and zucchini!
