Summer Grilled Flank Steak:

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. EVOO
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 garlic cubes from TJ’s
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1.5 lbs. of flank steak

  1. Marinate the steak overnight in the mixture above.

  2. Then grill each side for 5-7 minutes.

  3. Serve!
