Grilled Summer Pork Chops

Here is the recipe that I adapted from Cooking Light

Grilled Summer Pork Chops

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, divided 1 teaspoon fresh/chopped oregano 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided 2 garlic cloves, minced boneless center-cut loin pork chops 1. Combine red wine vinegar, oregano, olive oil, and garlic in a zip-top plastic bag. Add pork to bag, and seal. Marinate for a few hours.

2. Heat grill. Cook pork until it’s no longer pink.

Serve and enjoy!

Dinner on the Deck

This morning started with a good 5 mile walk with Jen and Hadley! We made it without getting rained on. After the walk the girls played for a while. They love each other!

Then Anna and I headed to Trader Joe’s and the grocery store for a few things. When we got home we made dinner and did some stuff around the house. After that we went for a little walk and stopped to say hi to Jasper and Tracie!
