For dinner on Saturday night we had a feast! After boating, skiing, golfing and playing all day we needed some nourishment! I am not sure we needed this much, but it tasted delicious!
Appetizers :
Crackers and New York Sharp Cheddar – a family fave!

We had some buffalo chicken dip and veggies too but they missed the picture!
For dinner we had:
Tomato Basil Mozzarella
- fresh tomatoes
- fresh mozzarella
- fresh basil
Sliced thin and then drizzled with EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar. Then sprinkled with salt and pepper!

Steaks for some

Veggies for all! Farmer’s Market local squash, zucchini and onions cooked on the grill!

We had birthday dessert planned for my mom but we were too stuffed to eat it! We will have to have it next time.
