Amazing Race: TI, MD

Saturday night we did an Amazing Race – Tilghman Island style! Despite the 95+ degree temp. and the thick humidity, everyone played!

We had a meeting to set the rules, assign partners and pass out the first clue.

Kristen, Brady’s cousin, made up the game and all of the riddles! She did such a great job!

The game began with teams racing to the beach to complete their first task – building 3 sand castles. There they were given their next clue…

This clue sent them running to the garage to get bikes and helmets.

The next task was for one partner to ride bikes to the end of the driveway while the other partner sang rounds of row, row, row your boat.

Michah, 3, was an official on his gator.

After the bike ride the teams had to stack cans 5 high before Anna and I gave them the next clue.

Next task: sink one at cornhole.

Then teams were off to rocks on the water to find the next clue. Brady had taken the lead at this point. He was in it to win it. :)
