Last night was our first dinner with just the three of us that involved us cooking. It was a success. While our dinner was a little cold by the time we ate it, it tasted good! We took turns cooking and holding because Anna was a little fussy last evening. By the time dinner was on, she was pretty chilled out.
We ended up having basil pesto tilapia that we baked with fresh asparagus.
Millet – that I thought was quinoa when I got it out to cook it. Turns out millet takes longer to cook than quinoa so it was a little chewy/crunchy and we didn’t eat too much of it. I will have to find something to use it in!
Salad – just basic with tomatoes.
Fruit that our neighbors brought over.
And tulips that were sent for little Miss Anna!
So far today has been pretty low key – lots of feeding, changing and hanging out with Anna and Brady (who only has one more day off work
) We also took a nice 3 mile walk! I am ready to get into some working out!

Anna is so beautiful!!!!! O my gosh; absolutely beautiful…I am so happy for you and Brady…
Have a great afternoon and enjoy your time with Brady and Anna…
Oo I have never thought of pairing pesto with fish–good idea!
