Tonight was my last dinner that I would have to eat alone for a while. Brady has been out of town(during the week) for the past two weeks and came home tonight. While he was gone I kept myself busy with friends(girls dinner last night) and fun dinners (St. Patty’s day at Jen’s). On the few days that I didn’t have plans, I didn’t really feel like cooking. For the pasta night last night I decided to make homemade meatballs. I checked out a few recipes – including one of my own that I have used before. I did a mix of a Cooking Light recipe and my own. I wanted to keep it simple so here is what I did:

Last night, I had the girls, Bethany, Courtney and Danielle, over for Italian dinner night. I couldn’t decide what to make so I went with a fun little create your own pasta bar.
