Recalls to Notice Now!

Recently the FDA made the announcement that HVP (hydrolyzed vegetable protein) has been recalled because of a possible Salmonella contamination.  HVP is a common ingredient used in processed foods.  It is found in many things we eat or store in our cupboards.  If you feel you may have been exposed to Salmonella, please contact your doctor.  Some symptoms of the disease include fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

Kaia Foods Review

I was recently sent this great product from Kaia Foods!  It was fun to open all of these delicious treats.  My favorite so far has been the Rasin Cinnamon Raw Buckwheat Granola.  I have also really enjoyed the sunflower seeds on salads and just to snack on.  Here is a little information from their website:
