This Spring Break is one of my craziest yet! Just kidding! My mom came down to hang out for the week and help me get things ready. After a day of baby preparations at Target, Babies R Us, the chair store and the doctor we came home to relax. We took a 15 min rest on the couch before heading outside in the beautiful weather for a 3 mile walk.
When we returned, it was just about happy hour

Day 1 of spring break was very productive!
went to a FIT class of weights and cardio stopped at Trader Joe’s laundry dishes, loaded and unloaded then reloaded great lunch of an egg sandwich similar to yesterday morning’s breakfast put away baby things from my shower yesterday library to return Kroger for some asparagus that was on sale (and a few other things) wrote thank you notes made a delicious dinner

This morning we got up and I went to Spinning class. I was home by 9:45 and starving. While I showered, Brady made us breakfast. He made my egg whites with mushrooms, spinach and salsa.
His eggs were made with BW3 Carribean Jerk sauce.

It’s Spring Break! Wahooo! Because Baby H is almost here, we couldn’t use our tickets we bought last summer for Mexico. It’s weird being on Spring Break and not going away to see the sunshine, but I am excited to relax and keep cleaning/getting ready for the baby.

Tonight was my last dinner that I would have to eat alone for a while. Brady has been out of town(during the week) for the past two weeks and came home tonight. For the pasta night last night I decided to make homemade meatballs. I checked out a few recipes – including one of my own that I have used before. I did a mix of a Cooking Light recipe and my own. I wanted to keep it simple so here is what I did:
