I got some things done – cleaning out school stuff from the basement, having lunch with Katie and Kurt (they brought us Penn Station), napping, laundry and a few other random things. For dinner last night, after school – tutoring and the board meeting, I came home and didn’t know what I wanted for dinner. Brady had gotten started on burgers and salad so I went with it. He put his burger on the grill and I got started with mine. I didn’t really know what direction I was going to take with the veggie burger, but I didn’t want it to be much work and I wanted it to be quick.
