As I go through life living with a pain in the butt medical condition, saying “ohmmmmm” is neccesary to keep myy mind, body and spirit working together to keep on fighting.

I became a fan, all you need is a little honey and cinnamon to go with it. Oikos got bumped out of the cooler at my grocery store for holiday dairy products, not a fan of that!

I just became a fan on Facebook!

Yogurt can be a good replacement for eggs in cookies!

Thanks so much for the opportunity! I love adding PB2 to plain oikos yogurt then topping it with a sliced banana and granola! It’s my favorite breakfast/snack! I’m also already a fan of oikos on facebook.

I just moved, so I definitely need to take some time out and say “OHM”!!!
