One thing about being pregnant is you have to watch how much seafood you consume because of the mercury levels in seafood. I wrote an Examiner article about the fish with the most and least amounts of mercury in them.

This post was written last Sunday night, but I decided to hold off on posting it until this weekend when we have a chance to tell the a few more people we wanted to tell!
This morning we woke up to 30 degree temperatures. After much debate last night, we decided (I mean, I decided) we should do the run, despite the freezing temps.
