This is really the only meal I have eaten this week so far besides smoothies and soup! It was good and hit the spot.
Three Egg White Omlette with Laughing Cow Light and spinach mixed in
Fresh tomatoes
Sprouted sesame bread
I am just starting to get an appetite back so the blog should be getting more interesting again soon!

This was the healthy dessert that Katie brought over for dinner earlier this week. It was delicious! I can’t wait to make it again!
1 block 1/3 less fat cream cheese 1 tub of fat free cool whip 1 box of sugar-free vanilla pudding 1 can of crushed pineapple – not drained 1 can of pineapple chunks – drained
Mix together and keep cold until serving time!
