my spelt berries, that is! I have been trying to be like Abbie and a few other bloggers who have been sprouting. I didn’t know if it was going to work, but I am happy to say that it was much easier than I thought it would be! The problem I had after I made them, I didn’t know what to do with them. The past few days have started with a green monster for me! I am in summer mode (with 2.5 days of school left) and a smoothie is the perfect summer breakfast.
The past few green monsters have included:
huge handful of spinach handful of kale leaves 1 c. light soymilk 1 scoop vanilla EAS light protein powder 5-6 frozen strawberries
Blend it all up in the magic bullet!
