1 pack of sugar free vanilla pudding mix

1 tub of fat free cool whip

1 container reduced sour cream – or fat free if you would like!

Okay – it’s official – I’m going to make the dip this weekend. I just put the “pudding powder” right into the coolwhip/sour cream – I don’t actually make the pudding (according to the directions on the box) and then add it to the coolwhip/sourcream – right?

You got it girl! Just mix it all together and enjoy! It will thicken up after a few minutes in the fridge.
