Mary, Mary, quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
With silver bells, and cockle shells,
And pretty maids all in a row.
I thought this poem was fitting because it was my Nana’s name and she had the best garden of anyone I have ever met. She passed away in February and I am growing my garden in honor of her (I have a feeling she is helping me out
My poem would be more like:
Ali, Ali of the valley,
How does your garden grow?
With broccoli and cucumbers,
And lettuce all in a row.
Here is an update on my garden:
Broccoli

Lettuce

Candy Onions

Peas – sorry about the blurry pic.

I planted more veggies this weekend. They include:
- cucumbers
- butternut squash
- acorn squash
- peppers
- tomatoes
- zucchini
I hope they keep growing!

I only WISH I had the motivation to do a veggie garden. My hubby used to have one every summer but it was SO much work and took away from golf time. Bummer. Your garden looks fantastic. Can’t wait to see the finished produce.
Your garden is making me jealous. Can’t wait to see all the delicious things you do when it’s harvest time!
how cute is your garden!! love it! also what an adoreable poem
