The past few days have started with a green monster for me! I am in summer mode (with 2.5 days of school left) and a smoothie is the perfect summer breakfast.
The past few green monsters have included:
huge handful of spinach handful of kale leaves 1 c. light soymilk 1 scoop vanilla EAS light protein powder 5-6 frozen strawberries

With less than 5 days of school left in the year, I have finally figured out the best snack of the year. I eat my snack at 2:45 while my kids are at special and I have been looking all year for the perfect snack. Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches – light 1 jar of chocolate fudge 1 container light cool whip Optional: toppings to put layer, like oreos, chocolate chips, fruit, peanut butter cups In a 9×13, put a layer of ice cream sandwiches in the pan.
