After subs, showers and a mini nap (only 20 minutes!) we headed out in Nashville. If you have ever been to Nashville (or maybe other parts of TN) than you have heard the common saying “Holler than Swaller”! We made sure we followed these Nashville rules at a place called Tootsies. It was on Broadway and had a great live band!

After 4 hydrating drinks of MGD 64 I was dragged against my will onto the bar. You can tell I hated it 
My new friend (a random and CRAZY lady) was a little more wild than I was.
Our night came to an end around 8:30pm when we went to grab dinner. I had a salad with a side of black beans and a soft pretzel appetizer. It hit the spot! Then we walked 1/2 mile – which felt like 10 miles to our hotel and were asleep by 9:15pm.
Hi Ali! Congratulations on finishing the half-marathon! I really enjoyed reading your post…I will be doing my first half next weekend and I would love to hear all the tips you have!!
lol – Mike and I tried to go out Saturday night after the race as well – and we were home and in bed by 10
