This was my pick of the week for the Craving Ellie in My Belly group! Here is the original recipe plus my changes!
Ellie’s Greek Stuffed Peppers
* 1 pound lean ground beef (I used extra lean ground turkey)

Last night we celebrated my friend Katie’s birthday (which was last week) and watched the games that are starting the tournament off! It wasn’t hot here, but it was a perfect night to grill burgers. We had quite the feast!
Our Menu
Hill Billy Caviar: Katie’s contribution! It’s MUCH better than it sounds: Full of beans/corn/peppers/tomatoes/onions and fat free Italian dressing. I don’t know why I didn’t take a picture! Here is a picture of Katie and I instead.
