Make your own pizza night!

Yesterday we did a lot of cleaning around my parents house.  I got rid of things from middle school and we took care of our Christmas stuff that was lying around. We cleaned up to get ready for the cleaning lady, and then she canceled – bummer!!

After a 5 mile run with Brady, I had a bowl of oatmeal.  It was warm and filling with a huge scoop of almond butter!

Bootcamp at Papa's

I am back to posting workouts and weekly plans!  This past week, over Christmas, I did a variety of activities. I tried to make sure I was active for at least 20 min. each day, far less than my normal hour or so.    Between 4 Chirstmas celebrations, traveling between 3 states and not being home, or close to a gym – I think I did pretty well!

A Christmas Dehydrator!

For Christmas this year, I got Brady (actually I got it for both of us) a dehydrator!  He wanted one to make beef jerky and I wanted one to make dried fruit and other treats like Gina!

To start, we made dried apples, oranges, kiwis, and bananas.  Brady also tried putting in some fillet, but we cooked it too long!  Then we made fruit roll up with 1 bag of berry medley from TJ’s.  Here is the overview…
