For dinner tonight, Brady wanted pulled pork. It’s not really my thing but I was in the mood for BBQ so I made my own variation. It ended up being a ton of great veggies but our dinners were very different.

My dinner included:

  • butternut squash
  • caramelized onions
  • BBQ Slaw

BBQ Slaw

  • cabbage – sliced very thin
  • BBq sauce
  • light miracle whip
  • salt and pepper

Mix sauce and cabbage. Serve on sprouted wheat with onions and tomato.

His plate included:

  • pulled pork sandwich
  • roasted sweet potatoes
  • salad

This weekend was busy and the week is going to be even more busy!
