Autumn Gerber Daisies!  Love them!!

For dinner we had a variety of Mexican salad toppings.  Sorry the pictures are not too pretty!  It tasted good though, and was very filling!

Grilled chicken cooked with salsa and cumin.  Slightly spicy with lots of flavor.

Roasted corn from Trader Joe’s.  Microwave to 3 min.

Tomatoes from Aunt Marilyn’s garden with sweet bell peppers.

Brown rice.

Brady’s Homemade Guac:

  • avocado
  • tequilla/lime/chili seasoning we brought back from Mexico
  • lots of fresh lime juice
  • cumin
  • salt and pepper

We also ate part of a semi-sweet honeydew.  I was not on top of things enough to have dessert planned.  Oh well, next time!
