One of those days…

Sometimes you just have one of those days when your schedule gets all messed up and you seem like you are in a fog all day!  That is what happened to me yesterday.  I was totally out of it all day.  It started in the morning when I woke up more tired than I should have been, then a hectic and crazy day at school, followed by meetings at school (which kept me there until late).  This day drove me to eat chocolate, all day long, at school, pizza for dinner and ice cream for dessert.  I even tried to go for a run to get back to normal, but I ended up walking around the block and back home.  It was just one of those days that happens once and a while and I decided that rather try and fight it, I would just embrace it, eat pizza, skip working out and start over today.  I wasn’t going to post this part about my “bad” day but I decided I should not pretend I eat really healthy ALL the time!! SO… I was a new person today!

This morning I got out of bed easily and went to workout.  My 5:30am workout consisted of:

- 20 min. on the elliptical interval plan

- chest, biceps, lunges, shoulders, back and abs

- 10 min. on the stair climber

- 10 min. on the elliptical

I packed the following products for my meals on the go today.  I loaded up on veggies and volume to feel full!  I love these things!

Breakfast: 1 Go Lean packet of oatmeal on a big bowl of fruit ( peaches and banana)

Lunch:

One wrap with a can of tuna (mixed with ff mayo, mustard, hummus and dill relish).  Plus tons of veggies for the wrap:  peppers, cucs, lettuce, arugula, tomato and spinach.

I ate my yogurt after the wrap with some…

Then my 3pm snack that I missed yesterday!  This really holds off the hunger and I know the Fitnessista loves them!  I agree :)
