Thank goodness for electricity! Katie, Sarah and I walked 4 miles before making dinner. I had tons of fresh veggies that I was excited to use so lettuce wraps were a perfect dinner choice. The pictures are not very pretty, but the dinner was great!
Lettuce Wraps
1 onion chopped/sliced 1 c. mushrooms chopped 2 c. zucchini chopped in a food processor 1 tbs. garlic (minced) 1 tsp. fresh ginger 1 tbs. szechaun seasoning 1 tbs. Asian Zing (BW3) seasoning

By TheHealthyHostess, on September 15th, 2008 I was so excited to post about my weekend on Sunday, when the lights went out and the tv went off. The winds in Columbus were 75 mph. It was pretty crazy/scary here! We did not get our power back until over 24 hours later, this afternoon. We do feel very lucky though. as there were over 300,000 people without power and they are estimating up to 7 days until some get it on! As of now, I am back

Saturday was busy, Brady golfed and I ran errands then we went to a 30th birthday party! It was a surprise and was well done!! I brought:

This weekend was busy, starting with a cookout on Friday, a 30th b-day party on Saturday + the Buckeyes game and a huge storm that knocked our power out on Sunday through Monday. No power meant no school!! Here are some of the highlights of the End-of-Summer cookout, which ended up being a cook-in because of the weather. It was a great time though!
