To start, I totally forgot to take a picture of my lunch! It consisted of a large bowl of lettuce topped with a little shaved turkey, black beans, corn, tomatoes and salsa. I covered the bowl with cumin, salt and pepper. It was great and very filling! I also had a 1/2 c. 0% greek yogurt from TJ’s, fresh peaches, and TJs fiber worms. My 3pm snack was 100 cal. kettle corn! \
Onto dinner! I ran about 4.5 miles

This morning I had a big bowl of cereal for breakfast. I was in the mood for the cold, crunchy taste. In my bowl I included:
1 c. TJ’s fiber twigs 1/4 c. 7 grain Kashi 3/4 c. vanilla light soy milk 3/4 small banana
