Light Lunch

After my filling (and ugly) breakfast, Brady and I went to the outlets to update his work clothes and see what we were missing.  We were very successful!  On the way home, it was around 2pm, we both got hungry for lunch.  We debated whether or not we should stop for something but came home because we have tons of leftovers from the weekend!

We were having company for a cookout at 4 and it was already 2pm, so we didn’t want to fill up. I decided on a big bowl of broccoli with parm. and a new concoction!  I don’t know why I decided to try this, but I am hooked on it now!

Far from French Toast (but it tastes like it!) :)

So you are probably wondering what I am talking about!  Understandable, but I swear this tastes like pancakes and French toast.

  • 1/2 c. bulgar
  • 1/2 c. 7 grain Kashi
  • spray butter
  • SF syrup

Warm everything up and enjoy!  :)
