For lunch today, at school, I packed a great salad with tons of fruit! It included:
spinach fat free feta from Trader Joe’s kiwi strawberries blueberries sliced almonds TJ’s raspberry vinaigrette

This morning I woke up really hungry! I mixed the usual together: wheat bran, oats, oat bran, ground flax and also Bob’s 10 grain cereal – less than 1/3 cup of each, so it was a normal sized bowl. The new cereal added a little different texture. Anyways, I cooked it with a 1/2 banana. When it was done, I added blueberries, strawberries, a little kiwi and 1/4 white peach. Delicious!
