Lunch then snack, snack, snack

I packed a leftover turkey burger, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato and fruit for lunch.  As you can see I enjoyed it in my classroom on my welcome poster. :)   I was full from the turkey burger so I skipped the fruit.

I was glad I did because at my meeting they had tons of food!  Cookies, brownies, fudge and luckily fresh fruit.  I had a small plate of fruit: strawberries, blueberries and 1 choc. covered strawberry!  Then when I got home – around 3:30pm I had another snack!  This included a lettuce-turkey-mustard treat and a ramekin of SF chocolate pudding with fresh strawberries.   This should hold me over until dinner!  We will see :)
