This is a very moist and chewy banana bread. It contains no sugar or white flour. It’s both delicious and nutritious!

Mix 4-5 soft, very ripe bananas in a bowl. When they are completely mixed, add the following:

  • 1c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 museli (dry)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. real pure vanilla
  • 2 tsp. ground flax
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 vanilla light soy milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all together and bake at 350 for about 20 min. Enjoy!!
